Terrazzo is a composite material made with marble, granite, glass, or quartz chips set into cement. Its roots start in Egyptian mosaics, but it became popular in 16th century Italy to make use of stone offcuts. It is either poured by hand or precast into blocks that get cut to size. Secoin Terrazzo is pre-cast terrazzo with pressing force of 800 tons, which helps increase the hardness and durability of the product.

For international market, depending on customer’s need, we could offer Ex- works, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP – Incoterms 2010. For local market, we could offer to deliver ex-factory or to customer’s place. Please contact our hotline (08/04) 6655 8888 for more information.

We accept payment terms: TTR or LC at sight.

For orders in the local market, we accept bank transfer or cash (for small orders).

If it is in stock tile, we could ship right after 2- days. Stock tile usually ships from Secoin’s factories. Custom orders require approximately 3 to 6 weeks for production, depending on quantity and pattern of order.

Order carefully and allow for extras as any additional small order is going to be expensive and may not match well. A minimum of 5% is recommended on residential jobs and 10% on commercial jobs.

Minimum order quantity is 28.8sqm (~1 wooden pallet) since too small quantity is not efficiency due to high transportation costs and safer for packing.

For LCL orders, we have extra reinforcement for pallets, so that tiles have more protection when being combined in the same container with other goods.
 

We supply our tiles in 3 kinds of carton boxes: Secoin standard carton boxes; Neutral boxes (plain without name or logo); Custom boxes (depending on the order volume).

We have many sizes of tiles. The most popular tile 20x20x1.6cm weighs 1.3kgs, 1 pallet has 720 pieces  à 936kgs (net weight). If included carton boxes and pallet weight, each pallet weighs about 1 ton. Please click here for for information about other tiles.
